Attended Tufts University and graduated in 1969 from the Roberts Institute of Electrology
Completed training at the Inlight Consulting and Training School with hands-on training on several laser machines including Radiancy, Inc. Intense Pulsed Light Hair Removal.
Certification for successful completion of course work in laser physics by Laser Nurse Consultants.
Trained for two years with Dr. Peter Bentivenga, plastic surgeon
Past-president of the Massachusetts Association of Electrologists
Past delegate to the American Electrology Association
Registered, Licensed Instructor in state of Massachusetts.

Staff

Linda Mandella manages the Hyannis, Falmouth and Orleans offices of H. Carlton Neuben and Associates and assists with Intense Pulse Light Skin Rejuvenation. She was born and raised in Worcester, MA, is the previous owner and operator of a hair salon and skin spa. She owned an exercise salon as well as was co-owner of an insurance agency. She went back to school to Quinsigamond College and received a degree in accounting and marketing. In 1996 Linda moved to Cape Cod.

Candice Pacheco, R.E. has been working in electrology eight years. After graduating in 1995 from Joseph Case High School in Fall River she studied at the Boston Electrology Training Center in 1995-96. She worked with her mother, Claudette Pacheco, R.E. of Swansea, MA, for two years before pursuing her own business. Since 1998 she has been an associate of H. Carlton Neuben.
