Botox® cosmetic injections

Our BOTOX® procedure is performed by Associate Joyce Rothman R.N., Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, under the medical directorship of Alan Rockoff, M.D., Board Certified in Dermatology. Ms. Rothman has several years experience administering BOTOX®.

BOTOX® is used for the treatment of facial lines and wrinkles. Its effectiveness and safety in the treatment of frown lines, has lead to the approval several years ago by the FDA.

It is also used for "crows feet" and forehead wrinkles. It offers a non-surgical option for wrinkles and does not require any down time. The procedure will take 10 to 15 minutes. Effects are seen in three to 10 days. This procedure smooths the appearance of wrinkles, and benefits last three to six months. Any discomfort associated with the procedure is minimal because the injection needle is extremely small, and only a tiny amount of liquid is injected at one time.
